Coaching is a co-creative collaboration between client and coach.

It is focused on present and future goals that are defined by you, the client.

It is a powerful conversation between two equals, where the client is the expert on their own life.

It facilitates a well-functioning adult to be heard, supported, and challenged to achieve fulfillment of goals and dreams.

It is 100% confidential and results focused.

Coaching is NOT counseling, consulting, mentoring, or training.

While you are the authority on your life, sometimes it’s difficult to see old patterns or beliefs – a coach can see what you don’t.

Gain clarity – the most vital part of achieving what you want in life is knowing what that is!

Support and accountability partner to achieve what’s important to you.

Build or rebuild confidence – Sometimes life knocks us down and we need a friendly boost to help get us back on track.

Improve your health and life balance – Identify your areas of strengths and weaknesses and how to get the life you want and deserve.

Feeling stuck, unmotivated, uninspired or that we do not have choices.

Sitting on the fence about a major life decision.

Belief that we are alone, not good enough, negative self-talk or fear.

Peace of mind. Most parents I talk to state their parenting techniques followed by a nervous laugh and a statement like, “I’m probably doing it wrong”.

Giving our best. Parenting is the opposite of today’s instant results culture. When your children are grown, don’t you want to feel like you did everything you could for them?

Training. Most jobs offer a trial or training period, continuing education. You and your family deserve the same standard.

We are the first generation of parents to raise children with so much accessible technology.

Confidence from being supported and held accountable.

Security in a confidential, non-judgmental space to hear your thoughts aloud; Friends and family, while loving can be bias and judgmental.

That feeling of pride from gaining clarity and achieving something difficult.

Parenting to your full potential!

She understands what it’s like to be an imperfect mother facing the challenges of raising a family.

She has had to look within to decide what parent she wants to be and break cycles of the past.

She understands the importance of human connection and difficult conversations with her children.

Her children are savvier than she is on technology. She knows how overwhelming that can feel, and still maintains boundaries for them.

She believes we are not alone and are all doing our best. She’d like to help you to be your best.

Spend a fraction of what you spend on sports, coaches, classes, tutors, and technology for your kids – on coaching for yourself.

The money spent on wine/liquor only leaves you foggier and doesn’t help you gain clarity.

You’ll feel lighter with parenting peace of mind than from eating that junk food!

Your pep in your step will come from enjoying parenting instead of an overpriced caffeinated beverage.

Coaching is not regulated by legislation. However, I am a trained certified coach and adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics, which can be found at this link

Is your family clear on what the technology boundaries are and why?
